By WILLARD MORRIS Chronicle Staff Writer The Utah Marching Band and the Union Food Service will be investigated investi-gated by the Advisory Cabinet. Phil Barlow expressed concern over the two organizations while he was conducting Wednesday's meeting. There was a unanimous vote when the motion to investigate investi-gate the organizations was brought before the cabinet. The cabinet feels the band is more perfect in the playing of songs, but lacks many marching skills. The band is more like a concert con-cert band than a marching band.
