Show CalendarSet For Summer Conferences L. Kent Kimball, University director of conferences and institutes, in-stitutes, recently announced the calendar of events for the caucuses, cau-cuses, conclaves, confabulations, and such to be held during June, July, and August. ON JUNE 6, the Division of Continuing Education will sponsor, spon-sor, under the direction of Esther Esth-er Landa, a Program Planning Workshop in the East Ballroom of the Union Building. From June 12 through 25, the College of Business will hold an Executive Development Program Pro-gram at Sun Valley, supervised by Dr. Reed C. Richardson. STARTING on June 13 and extending ex-tending through June 24, the Union will house the 18th Annual An-nual Writers' Conference, sponsored spon-sored by the English Depigment Depig-ment and headed by Prof Brewster Ghiselin. Seventy e writers are scheduled to at id. From June 27 to July 22, the College of Nursing, guided by Cathryn Mainwaring, will discuss dis-cuss the Physiological Foundations Founda-tions of Nursing at the Medical School. JULY 10-14, the College of Business will hold an Economic Education Conference for Clergy in Park City, with Dr. Joseph S. Peery in charge. The Utah Writers' Banquet, sponsored by Dr. Boyer Jarvis and Dean Brigham D. Madsen, will be held on June 29 in the Union. Dr. Richardson will undertake his second workshop of the summer, sum-mer, with the advent of the Institute In-stitute for Training Employment Employ-ment Security Research and Analysis Personnel in the Union July 11 -August 5. His third will be the First Western Retail Management Seminar from August 21 through 26, and he will finish up with the Communications Workers Educational Conference the same week. |
