Dick Leads BYU general is the lead cog in a highly high-ly efficient basketball machine. His speed and agility spurs one of the nations best fast breaks. His jumping ability makes him deadly from outside and a terror ter-ror on defense. His assignment will be to try and stop Utah's classy Rich Tate. Nemelka is a great outside shooter. He is averaging 25.9 and hitting 57 per cent from the field and 76 per cent from the free throw line. He has 66 rebounds. Coach Stan Watts figured his schedule closely this season and gave his defending WAC champs a week's rest between rivals Utah State and Utah. And the Cats are resting, waiting for the big one in Salt Lake Saturday. THE COUGARS proved to the world they're no pushovers by trouncing USU last week and Dick Nemelka showed why he is an all-conference candiate. Nemelka tallied 27 points for high point honors in the 115-81 annihilation of USU- Nemelka has been the leading point getter in 11 of his 14 games and saw a single game high of 40 against St. Bonaventure in the Quaker City Tournament.
