Show French Commercial Program Sets Discussion Atmosphere The French Commercial Counselor Coun-selor Mr. Jean Trocme and a native born French professor, Mr. Charles Micaud, will pre- retary and Ron Madsen as treasurer. treas-urer. sent the lecturers for Spotlight today. MR. TROCME, from the San "Francisco Consulate, will lecture at 11 a.m. in the East Ballroom on the "French Industrial and Economic Scene." His lecture will deal with the Common Market Mar-ket and the Frenco-American economic problems. Then at 1 p.m. Dr. Charles Micaud of the University of Den- ver will give a lecture concerning concern-ing the French Domestic scene. CONTRARY TO what the Spotlight Brochure says, Dr. Micaud Mi-caud is speaking on "the domestic do-mestic problems at home "rather than "Atomic Age Foreign Policy." Pol-icy." His lecture will be in the East Ballroom. AT 8 p.m. a French ski film will be shown. Remarks will be made by Marvin Melville of the Park City Ski School. Tickets are on sale today for the French fashion show and luncheon, Wednesday at noon. THE COST is $2.25. The fashion show will be moderated mod-erated by Cheri Steward of the Image. She is also donating the fashions. FRIDAY NIGHT, to end Spotlight, Spot-light, Pan-o-rama is presenting a dinner - dance "Spotlight France." The cost is $5 a couple. The evening will feature Gene Petersen and his band. |
