Show 'Mark My Words, Too' Dear Editor The editorial "Mark My Words" by Mark Kimball appearing ap-pearing in the Friday, May 8th, copy of the Chronicle seems a paragon of the techniques often resorted to by today's modern liberals of resorting to slander, distortion, and name-calling name-calling when logic is not available. avail-able. Some persons seem to feel that everything that does not conform to their pre-con-ceived notions is obviously wrong. EXAMPLES OF this are seen in the ridicule of Senator Gold-water's Gold-water's position concerning the TVA and a reclamation project in Arizona. Any person not knowing the difference between be-tween the TVA and projects of Reclamation needs to do a tit of homework. To imply that Senator Gold-water Gold-water wants war is extremely extreme-ly absurd. Such an editorial displays a woeful indication of ignorance or deceit on part of the author. While this presentation is not new, I do feel that it is definitely out of place in a student newspaper. 1 feel that the Chronicle is capable of better bet-ter quality editorials and that they should 'be insisted upon by the student body.
