Show Mr. and Mrs. Roy M. Rogers received word last week of the arrival of the baby son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Rogers, at the McGregor Mc-Gregor Hospital in St. George. Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Rogers were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Roy Rogers on Sunday for a short visit with the Lee Rogers Rog-ers family at St. George. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch spent Monday with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Howard W. Cook, in South Mil-ford. Mil-ford. The occasion was their twelfth wedding anniversary. A lovely dinner was served by the hostess. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Whit- taker were in Provo last week visiting their daughter, Mrs. J Ardath Ryan. I Friends of Mrs. Betty Davis may now call on her at her home. Mrs. and Mrs. Ray Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, who occupied the Davis I home while Mrs. Davis was with her husband at his U S Air Force station, have moved to Salt Lake City. Mrs. Het Edwards and Gladys ! of Parae-onah are visiting Mrs. Mr. George Baker, trainmaster trainmast-er at Milford for the past six years, is now working in Salt ! Lake where he has been transferred.- Mrs. Baker and their three children will join Mr. Baker as soon as suitable housing hous-ing can be obtained. Mr. and Mis. Lou Gribble, Mr. and Mrs. Lovell Crane, and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Hollings-head Hollings-head of Minersville attended the B A C Snow College basketball game at Cedar City Friday. j Mrs. C. L. Ford of Logandale, i a former Milford resident, was j here between trains last Saturday, Satur-day, visiting Mrs. Ethel Nielsen and wishing her a happy birthday. birth-day. Both ladies observe their anniversary on Jan. 7th. Mrs. Ford also visited with Mr. and Mrs. W. G. White. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Smith of Salt Lake were in Milford Tuesday. Tues-day. j Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Radtke spent the Christmas holidays in i Missouri. Mr. Radtke returned I to Milford, and Mrs. Radtke 1 will remain for an extended visit. I . Edwards' sons, Merrell and Howard Mrs. Ethel Nielsen has been I confined to her home since Dec. 17th, with pneumonia. Mrs. Nielsen is now feeling better and is able to sit up for a few hours each day. Musician 2c Richard Long of the U S Air Force, Lackland, Texas, and his father, Mr. Ernest Ern-est Long of Provo, were weekend week-end visitors at the home of Jesse Long. Mr. Long was on furlough, fur-lough, and expects to tour the Philippines and Japan after returning re-turning to his base. Max Kay of Delta, former Milford resident, was in town Saturday. Mrs. Carolyn Lawson of Cal-iente Cal-iente was a guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arlow C. Gale three days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Whit-taker Whit-taker will leave early next week for California, to spend three or four weeks .vacationing. |
