Show IDujb School IFIews Activities at the Milford High school have been quite varied during the past week. Four students were entered in the speech meet at Dixie Junior College and made a fine showing show-ing there. Details appear in another article in this week's Milford News. Approximately 30 students from the Home Ec department participated in a style show at the B A C in connection with the annual Vocational Day held there, and we all feel that the work displayed by the girls from Milford High was outstanding. out-standing. Also participating in the Vocational Day program were eight students from the Commercial department, and another article will be published pub-lished as soon as their ratings are received. p -T A. meeting was held at the high school Monday night and a fair crowd was in attend, ance. To begin the program, the girls from all the homemak-ing homemak-ing classes in the school put on a fashion show to let their parents par-ents see what they have accomplished ac-complished this year. After the fashion show the meeting was turned over to two panel discussions led by mr, Mitchell Fisher and Mrs. Eva Stonehocker. The discussion were concerned with the high school attendance policy and the junior high study policy fo the year. The sentiment of the groups seemed to be that bo h discussions were carried on in a fine manner, with many points being cleared up for the parents. par-ents.
