Mr. and Mrs. Thurland D. Sly and son Russell were in Beaver Sunday, visiting Mrs. Sly's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mel-vin Mel-vin Edwards. , Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson j of Bountiful were here over the week-end, visiting Mr. and Mrs. William Thompson. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Clements of Caliente drove up Saturday to visit Mrs. Clements' brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Miller. They were accom- panied by Mary Roper of Glen-dale. Glen-dale. All are former Milford residents. Mrs. Tribole returned Saturday Satur-day from Long Beach, where she had been visiting her daughter daugh-ter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Nelson, and her son, Frank Tribole and family. She accompanied Mr. T r i b ole's mother, Mrs. Janie Moore, down to spend the winter with a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Horton of Long Beach. Mrs. Ruben Griffiths and son Ray of Springville visited Mrs. Griffiths' son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Todd Chamberlain Cham-berlain Tuesday. Visiting in Milford the past two weeks, Mrs. Rose Faubert of Bradford, Pa., has been the house guest of Mr. and Mrs. J M. Hughes. Mrs. Audrey SKllIicorn and son Jimmy left for Salt Lake to spend a few days visiting relatives. Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Merry-weather Merry-weather were in Provo last week, attending the funeral of Mr. Merryweather's mother, Mrs. Maude Merryweather. They returned to Milford last Thursday. Mrs. W. W. Stoker has moved from the Forgie apartments to the Smith-Foss apartments over the Corner Drug. Pfc. Donald Pitchforth, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Pitchforth of Milford, has recently been transferred to McClelland Air Fore Base near Sacramento. Cal. Pfc. Pitchforth has been in the Air Force 13 months. Mr. and Mrs. Todd Chamberlain Chamber-lain and family will leave Saturday Sat-urday for Enoch, where they will attend a family get-together. Jack Bohart has moved from the A. D. Carter house into his own new home. Ken Barton has moved into the Nephi Edwards home. |
