Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate approp-riate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a-2428 D E. Kirk, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 23 sec. ft. of water right initiated by Application No. 14623. The water was to be diverted di-verted from a well at a point S. 660 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 14, T29S, R11W, and used from April 1 to Oct 31 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in NViNWVi Sec. 14, T29S, R11W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 23 sec. ft. of water from a 10-in. well bet. 140 and 180 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. and W. 25 ft. from SUCor Sec. 17, T28S, R10W, and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 52 acres of land embraced in EV&SWV4 Sec. 17, T2&S, R10W. To Appropriate: 21269 J. A. Kirk, Milford, Ut., 3 sec. ft. for irrigation use from a 14-in well bet. 150 and 500 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and E. 900 ft. from SVt Cor. Sec. 18, T28S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate irri-gate 120 acres of land ambraced in SVzSEVi, SEVtSWVi Sec. 18, T28S, R10W, and for year-round year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. 21272 L. Sec. 17, T28S, R10W, and used fro mApr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate irri-gate 92 acres of land embraced in EV2SWV4, SEUNWii Sec. 17, T28S, R10W, and for incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-watering purposes. 21358 Jacob Baumback, Milford, Mil-ford, Ut , .1 sec. ft. for domestic domes-tic use from an, 8-in. well bet. 300 and 800 ft. deep at a point S. 100 ft and W. 100 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 12, T29S, R11W. The water will be used for the requirements of two farriilies, and for incidental stock water- ing and irrigation of shrubs and ' trees. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications ap-plications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, on or before June 17, 1950.
