Show wilbur killam dies at home of brother :n cedar city I Wilbur Roy Killam, 65, lifelong life-long railroader on the Union Pacific Pa-cific system, died Wednesday at the home of a brother, John S. Killam. 130 North Fourth West, Cedar City, of coronary occlusion. occlu-sion. Mr. Killam, know most affectionately affec-tionately as "Shorty" to his host of Milford friends, had been a Milford resident for more than 30 years. After retiring from lv- railroad he operated a storage stor-age garage and service garage in Milford and each year the citizens of this community purchased pur-chased their state auto license lags from "Shorty." He was admired and respected by all who knew him. Mr. Killam was born at Ogden. Iowa, December 25. 1882, a son of David John and Emma Van Meter Killam. For the past two months, after his health began to fail, he had lived with his brother "in Cedar City. There ire no ether survivors. |
