Show otherwise, may appear and show cause, if any they have, why this Court should not sell or cause to be sold at public auction and to the highest bidder for cash the aforesaid premises and the whole thereof; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the said time and place, and unless there appears sufficient suffi-cient legal reasons and grounds to the contrary, the said premises will be sold as aforesaid by the within entitled Court at public auction to the highest bidder for cash; provided, however, that none of said premises will be sold for less that Five Dollars per acre.
