Show CHARLES CRAWFORD IS BURIED IN GREENVILLE Charles Rich Crawford, 80, who died of pneumonia in a Provo hospital hos-pital last Sunday, was buried in the Greenville cemetery on Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Funeral services were held in Milford, with Bishop Carl M. Goodwin officiating. The program was as follows: Opening prayer, Hyrum Davis. Quartet, Mr. and Mrs. Vance Fisher, Fish-er, Louise Moore and Lawrence Eldridge, "Oh, My Father." Obituary, Obitu-ary, Ebenezer Tanner. Duet, Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Jones, "Silver Haired Daddy." Remarks, Carlyle Gronning. Quartet, "In the Garden." Gar-den." Closing prayer, Bishop Goodwin. Good-win. The grave was dedicated by Bishop Bish-op James Williams of Greenville. Mr. Crawford was born in 1806 in Manti, a son of John and Elizabeth Snow Crawford. He married Margaret Mar-garet Elizabeth Walker in 1897, in Greenville; 29 years ago they moved to Milford, and had lived here until 1945. He had been an active members of the L. D. S. church thruout his entire life. Survivors include the following sons and daughters: Harold W. Crawford of Las Vegas. Charles R. Crawford Jr. of Provo, Stanley J. Crawford of Caliente. Ravfield Crawford of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Ida Meyer of" Salt Lake, Mrs. Catherine Cath-erine White of Milford, and Mrs. Esther Stokes of Provo; two sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Nora Brethwaite of Manti and Mrs. Grace Heish of Los Angeles, two brothers, Qulncy Crawford of Salt Lake and William Wil-liam Crawford of Ogden, and nine grandchildren. |
