Show Hetvd lfoted . . . Mr .and Mrs Kent Kindred and son, Tod, have moved to Seattle, Wash, where he will be employed in the First National Na-tional Bank. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kindred of this city. En route to Seattle, at Boise, Idaho, they received , wora ot the death of Mrs. Kindred's mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Eliza-beth Gregory at Preston, Idaho, so they came back to Preston for the services. Attending the services also from Springville were: Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kindred, Kin-dred, Mr. and Mrs. Allan Dan-ielson Dan-ielson and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Kindred. Prior to the couple leaving, the Fred Kindreds entertained en-tertained at a family dinner in their honor. Other guests included, in-cluded, Mrs. Alice Hill of Pay-son, Pay-son, Mr. and Mrs Boyd Kindred Kin-dred and family of Fillmore; Mr. and Mrs. Allan Danielson and family of this city. Mrs. Delia Clark is enjoying a visit from her daughter, Mrs. Lamond P. (Janice) Higbee and son, Sp.-4 Richard Higbee of Winnemucca, Nevada. Richard, Rich-ard, who was injured in August, Au-gust, while serving with the 101st Airborne in Vietnam, a month after he landed there, was taken to a hospital in Japan Ja-pan and then sent to Korea, to which country he must report re-port back, April 15, and will be with the 19th General Support Sup-port Group. He suffered a severe se-vere wound under the arm and into his lung and bullet wounds in the stomach. While in Kor-i ea, he also came down with Malaria, contracted in Vietnam. He has been in the service 14 months Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hjorth and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hjorth have returned home from Bell-flower, Bell-flower, Calif., where they attended at-tended funeral services for Mrs. Paul Hjorth's brother-in-law, Saturday. The four were guests during the time of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fry of Anaheim, formerlv rif Rnrincnnllo of flinlr lovely new home. Mr. Fry has been serving as building chairman chair-man for the new LDS Chapel which is to be ready for use next week, they report. Mr. and Mrs. Fry send greetings to their many friends in Springville. |
