Show Veteran aid visits area Elmer J. Smith, manager of the Veterans Administration Regional Office at Salt Lake City, announced today that special away-from-office service serv-ice for veterans residing in the Provo area will be available at the Utah Employment Security Offcie, 190 W. 8th N., Provo, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 15. Mr. Smith stated this special spec-ial service to veterans residing in the Provo area will be provided pro-vided by Russell R. Neilan, contact representative of the Salt Lake Regional Office. Mr. Neilan will have complete information infor-mation on. and the application forms used in applying for ed- ucational assistance provided under the new GI Bill. He will be prepared to discusse the amendment to the Educational Assistance Act and the changes chang-es made on pensions by the recent re-cent legislation which became effective on Oct. 1. Mr. Smith emphasized that information and service on all programs administered by the Veterans Administration are avai'able by letter, telephone, or personal visit to the Regional Region-al Office located in the Federal Fed-eral Building, 125 So. State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. |
