Show Federal funds made available Preliminary apportionm e n t of $287,752.66 in Federal Aid funds for fish and wildlife restoration res-toration projects became available avail-able to Utah's Department of Fish and Game on July 1. The preliminary allotment calls for $240,860.51 for wildlife wild-life and $46,892.15 for fisheries fisher-ies programs. The early apportionment was made again this year to help the states program those activities ac-tivities and projects more advantageously ad-vantageously which are dependent de-pendent upon these funds. Under the Federal Aid Program, Pro-gram, the states spend their own funds on approved projects pro-jects and are then reimbursed up to 75 percent of the total costs. The funds come from a Federal Fed-eral excise tax on sporting arms and ammunition and sport fishing gear. The formula formu-la under which they are allocated allo-cated to the states is based on the number of paid license holders and the total land area ar-ea of each state. All 50 of the states participate in the program. pro-gram. Women prefer white What's your favorite color in beauty soap? Pink? Aqua? Gold?
