Show Teachers to meet in district confab The regular school day on February 18 will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. thus making it possible for 8:00 a.m. "honors" classes to be held. Only the afternoon sections sec-tions of kindergarten will be held on this day, stated toe superintendent. They will meet in their respective schools at 9 o'clock in place of toe morning morn-ing section. School lunch will be served. A shortened lunch period is suggested with each school working out its own schedule, within toe above scheduled hours. It is recommended that secondary schools adjust their schedule to fit within toe time limit stated above. All teachers, principals and supervisors of Nebo School District will assemble February Febru-ary 18 at 1:30 p.m. for their semi annual educational conference, con-ference, reported Supt. Russell N. Stansfield. Both elementary and secondary groups will meet at the Spanish Fork Senior High School, the secondary sec-ondary teachers in toe Little Theater and the elementary teachers in the auditorium. Elementary teachers will concern themselves with the problem of "Coping with Children's Chil-dren's Personality Problems." Anthony La Pray, instructor of educational psychology at the Brigham Young University, will act as consultant for toe conference. The agenda calls for a background lecture followed fol-lowed by discussion groups and a summarization. The secondary conference theme will be "How Can We Help the Nonconformist " Dr. Lowell Bennion, Assoc i a t e Dean of students at University of Utah, will be speaker and consultant. Agenda of the conference con-ference will feature an introductory intro-ductory address followed by discussion groups and a final session devoted to brief oral reports from discussion groups and a response from Dr. Bennion.
