Show Visiting the Robert Per-rin's Per-rin's this past week and touring colorful vacation spots in Utah, was the Bob Huson family, of Temple City, California. Perrlnsaid the family thoroughly enjoyed en-joyed their stay In Mllford and will be back In the fall for another visit. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Gllllns traveled to Las Vegas last week with their daughter and family, Cleve and Elaine Welch, of Cedar, and their three children. They spent the night there and then picked pick-ed up a friend of Elaine's daughter, of Reno, who will be spending two weeks with the Welch's In Cedar. Cleve Is In and out of Mllford a lot lately, as he Is busy building some new homes In the area. A Stake Young Adult Fire -side was held at the Norm Thompson home twoSundays ago. The special guest speakers were Mr. andMrs. Leon Gay. An enjoyable evening was had by all 21 youth in attendance. Re-' freshments were served. A family gathering took place Sunday after Conference Confer-ence In Beaver at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Harris, Har-ris, of Mlnersvllle. After attending conference the family traveled to the Harris' home for a family dinner. Attending were:The Norm Thompson family, Mr. and Mrs. Odel Thompson and family, and Mrs. Shelley Woodward and children. Mrs. Jeanette Kohlerwent to Poway, California with her daughter and son -in -law, Jim and Madeline Mash, of Salt Lake, to attend a wedding reception for Jeanette's granddaughter, Becky Hig-ginson. Hig-ginson. While there, she spent her time with her son and his family, Ned and Joan Kohler. she returned on Am -trak last Thursday. Bill and Edna Nichols took a vacation last week and traveled tra-veled to St. Anthony, Idaho to visit with Rodney and Sally Nichols and their two children. chil-dren. While there, they also al-so drove through Warm River Riv-er and up to Yellowstone. On their trip home they stopped stop-ped in Salt Lake to see Sharon Shar-on and Bill Shore and their children, and then made another an-other stop . in Bountiful to visit with Max and Terry Nichols and their five children. chil-dren. , Milford Second Ward Is planning a ward family camp out to be held July 3 and 4th in the Beaver Mountains. It sounds like an exciting adventure ad-venture and all those In the Second Ward are Invited to bring their families along and enjoy the good times to I be had. Parents, don't forget that ' Wednesday afternoons at I 3:30 the Library will present pre-sent a story hour for your children to enjoy. Max and Iona Baxter went I to Hurricane Sunday, to at-, at-, tend a Golden Wedding Anniversary An-niversary celebration for their friends Alan and Lucille Lucil-le Humprles. They then went ton to Virgin Vir-gin to visit with cousin Geor-I Geor-I gia Allen and had a very enjoyable en-joyable trip. |
