Show parents, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Wal-do Yardley, of Beaver; Mike and Sherrie Yardley, and children; Evelyn and Wayne McCulley and children, and ' a little 3 year old granddaughter, grand-daughter, Heather Harrison, of Salt Lake. She is the daughter of Susan and Rex Harrison, and has been visiting visit-ing her grandparents for the past 10 days. Last week was a busy time at Bert and Merlyn Merryweather's. Their son, Martin, and wife, Sharron, and 6 children, stopped in for a visit on their way home from attending a wedding in California. They live in Orem. On Fast Sunday, May 6th, family, Richfield; Lynnette family, Richfield, Annette and David Munk and son, and Dee and Rhonda Van Tassell. A very special occasion for a special baby. Jana Corbridge has received re-ceived an award of academic achievement for her vocational voca-tional excellence, and attended at-tended a dinner Monday evening eve-ning along with other honor students at the Black Steer Steak House in Beaver, Bea-ver, sponsored by the Beaver Bea-ver County School Board. Doyle and Alta Sly along with Zelma Alger spent the weekend in Salt Lake City visiting with Bob and Robyn Sly and Elizabeth Anderson Ander-son and a brother-in-law $ovtk Helen Gillins 387-2612 Mr. and Mrs. Stan Robi erts had their children home for the weekend and Mothers Day. Maxine and Bill Van Denbergh," and children, from St. George, and La-Rayne La-Rayne and Neil Kellet and daughter, from Moroni. Mothers Day Val Gene and Martha Ellen Williams, of Orem, came down to spend the day with parents, Art and Mary Williams, they had an enjoyable mothers day dinner in Beaver. Jackie Williams with Dominic and Maria Chavez, attended the track meet in Cedar City. Todd, their seventh grade student took 2nd in the mile and third in the 2 mile race. At Duane and Maurine Yardley's on Mothers Day for a dinner were Duane's the young daughter of Cliff and Sylvia Ann Bradshaw was given the name of Launalee Bradshaw. Earlier Ear-lier that afternoon a family fami-ly dinner at the grandparents grand-parents home was enjoyed by the Van Tassells, Cliff and Sylvia Ann, and children;' chil-dren;' Cliffs parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bradshaw; Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Myers My-ers and family, Milford;Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Moody and children, Salt Lake; Lynn and Charlotte Hatch and her Burton' Anderson, who is seriously 111 at the Veterans Hospital. Max and Clariss Price, along with Scott and Joyce Pearson enjoyed the Mel McDaniel concert at SUSC. Verlene Yardley and Utahna Asay were some of the others enjoying the concert. On Mothers Day Theman and Opal Walker had their children come to visit during the day. Elwin and Carol Marquardson; sons.Dale and Darin, Hod and Margie Gale, . and son, Steven, from Cedar City; Barbra Mayer and son, Aaron and Adrianne Whit-taker Whit-taker and 3 children, of Mil- ford. Last week Max and Clariss Price had Clariss' sisters and husbands drop in for an overnight stay. Wally and Jerry Croft, who are moving from California, to Montana and John and Doris Davis, on their way home to Ronan, Montana. Toni Price, along with her parents, Max and Clariss, were in Minersville for the Stock Show. Toni had her two horses there for showing and was in the pole race. Mr. and Mj-s. James Mayer, Aaron and Allen, and Shauna Mayer, were at the Snow College Track Meet. On their way home they visited visi-ted in Beaver with Bob Clair and Helen Gillins ' were in Las Vegas for a week . visiting with children Louise and Bob McKnight - and family. The McKnights were here for a short visit. On Sunday for Mothers Day they were joined by Lorraine and Nona Gillins and Kathy Bark, and son, Brady; Jeanette and Gerald Stoker, Lorl, Karrie and Sue Ann, from Cedar City. |
