Break. j fast was had Sunday morning with Alice and Don Elmer. Mr. and Mrs. James Hardy Har-dy had visiting with then during the week, Mr. and Mrs. Alden Hardy of Granger. Gran-ger. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bowler and three daughters of Enterprise and Mr. and Mrs. Doug Hardy and sonol Sandy also visited. Mrs. Virginia Grimes became be-came a proud grandmother on the 10th of August, when her daughter Pam, gave binl to a pretty little girl. The' little miss will be known as' Lisa Marie. j Jeanette Kohler has beet busy visiting son, Ned, and family in Manti for two or three days. Ned's wife, Jo-j an fixed a birthday dinner foi their daughter, Jill, win! turned eleven. Joining Jij for the celebration were hei: brother, Kevin, sister, Joce-' lyn, parents, Grandmother Kohler, and Aunt and Uncle, ' Mr. and Mrs. Jim Mast,' and their Becky and Blake, of Salt Lake. Jeanettij her daughter, Madelyn, at. Becky went to Vegas las: week to see the Barry Man-ilow Man-ilow show (the, luckies!) and spent the night in Milford before Madelyn and Beck; returned to Salt Lake Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Patterson Pat-terson had as guests a sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Vida Arnold, from Canebrake, California and a friend, Miss Deena Travis of San Marcos, California. The ladies had been on a trip from San Diego to Vancouver, Vancou-ver, B. C. then through Canada Can-ada to Lake Louise and the Canadian Rockies. They also al-so went through Glacier and Yellowstone Parks, andCan-yonlands, andCan-yonlands, and were going to go through Bryce and Zions Park on their way backhome. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson were their daughters and families: Mrs. Patricia Cashwell, Wendell, North Carolina, Mr. and Mrs. Gale Mower, Canutillo, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Baker Erick-son, Erick-son, Salt Lake, Mr. andMrs. Paul Orten, Henderson, Nevada Ne-vada and Mr. andMrs. Blake Hyatt and Darren, Parowan. Also visiting were relatives Mr. and Mrs. Dick Thompson, Thomp-son, Sandy. This was extra special this year, because some of the family hadn't seen each other for 16 years. They all enjoyed a steak fry in the Parowan Mountains while visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Osborne Os-borne drove to Cedar Sunday Sun-day afternoon and stayed with Billie's son, Gerald Stoker, Jeanette and girls, and saw Steve (a grandson) and his wife, Wendy Stoker. Mr. and Mrs. Tom James drove to Las Vegas to visit a few days with their son, Tommie. Donnie and Sandra James the three children were in Milford visiting parent, Bobbie Bob-bie and Tom James and Helen Hel-en and Usher Wilcock and friends. Billie and Glenn Osborne drove to Garrison Saturday night to the 40th anniversary party for Joe and Virginia Eldridge. A delicious dinner din-ner was served to a large crowd. Bobbie and Tom James were in Kaysville visiting their children, Patsy, Nate and Tommy Smith; Colleen and Jimmy James and family; fam-ily; and Sandra and Dannie James and family. Barbara and Frank Jones and son, Darryl, were visitors visit-ors at Billie and Glenn Osbornes Os-bornes home Thursday and Friday night. They spent Saturday night with Frank's |
