Show INTERNATIONAL GUN SHOW ' IN SALTTOWN Mountain men, Indians and U.S. cavalry troopers you can see them all at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City this weekend. Thelntermountain National Gun Show opens Saturday, Sat-urday, July 29, and runs thru Sunday, July 30. Gun collectors and dealers, deal-ers, western artists and mountain men from all over the United States will be in attendance for the weekend gathering, according to show director Bob Templeton. The show is the largest gun show in the mountain west, and attracts visitors to Utah from all over the country. Many rare and historic guns will be on disp eluding several which were owned by lawmen of the old west such as Bill Hickock and Marshall Bill Tilghmac, An additional feature of the show will be the special sec. tion for western and wildlife artists and craftsmen, pro. viding one of the largest dis. plays of their works ever shown in Utah. The gun show at the Salt Palace is open to tie public from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and from 9 a.m.m. til 5 p.m. on Sunday. |
