Show NOTICE TO WATER USEE The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-10044 (71-3417) Ronald J. Wunderlich, P. O. Box 313, Milford, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion, diver-sion, place and nature of use of 20.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by deeded portion Underground Water Claim 3453, Change Segregation a-7851 a-7851 -b. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 350 ft. deep at a point N. 1320 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from W 14 Cor. Sec. 4, T28S, R10W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 5.0 acs. in NW 14 NW 14, S 12 NW 14, NE 14 SW 14, Sec. 4, T28S, R10W. Hereafter, 20.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well 100-500 ft. deep at; a-point a-point S. 1872 ft. and W. 1170 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 33, T28S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 10 cattle; and used from March 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 5.75 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 4.75 acs. in SE 14 NE 14 Sec. 33, T28S, R10W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before May 27, 1978.
