A Christmas program will be held at the Milford Elementary Ele-mentary on Wednesday, Dec. 21st. The students and teachers are working very hard to present this program. It will begin at 7:00 in the multi-purpose room. Milford businesses are stocked with Christmas merchandise and some fabulous fab-ulous bargains for Christmas Christ-mas shoppers. Plan to lok them over while you're in town. Once again jolly old St. Nick will fly into Milford for a special visit with local youngsters. The Milford Lady Lions have arranged for Ben Briscoe Bris-coe to pick Santa Claus up and fly him to Milford. He is scheduled to fly over town about 1:30 p.m. The Milford Mil-ford Fire Department will pick him and Mrs. Santa up at the Milford Airport and transport them downtown where they will headquarter at the Senior Citizens Center next to the Post Office. Local youngsters are invited in-vited to line up and wait their turn to talk to him. Lady Lions will provide stockings full of candy and nuts for each youngster. A Christmas program will be heldonMonday,Dec. 19th, at the high school auditorium auditor-ium at 7:30 p.m. Local talent will be featured, coordinated co-ordinated by Jo Killam and Bonnie Easton. All citizens are invited to attend. There is no admission charge. A Christmas lighting contest con-test will be held by the Lady Lions.
