Florence Wood 368-2061 Mrs. Edith Marshall entertained enter-tained the Canasta Club, Wednesday, Wed-nesday, the 10th. Prizes were won by Merle Giltins, Vie Marshall Mar-shall and Orlynn Gray. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peterson (Gayle) of Salt Lake are the proud parents of a baby girl born on the 9th of February. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Karl Truman of Minersville. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Limb and children of Wendover, Utah spent the holiday weekend with her mother, Mrs. Ilene Jameson. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins took their son Mitch to Salt Lake for medical treatment. He's a patient at the University Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Wood and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Wood attended a funeral in Ogden on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Clauss Marshall and Leslie and daughter went Salt Lake on Monday to see Mrs. Marshall's father, Mr. J. R. Halley, who is in the L. D. S. Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Clauss Marshall had as weekend guests, Mr. and Mrs. Arlan Marshall and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Mort-ensen Mort-ensen and daughter, Mrs. La-Rae La-Rae Parkinson and children and Mrs. Leslie Anderson and daughter. REGION 8 CLASS "A" TOURNEY IN DELTA The Region 8 Class "A" Basketball Bas-ketball Tournament will be held in Delta High gymnasium on February 20, 24 and 25. There will be two games each night beginning at 7:00 and 8:45 p.m. All tickets downstairs are Deserved and cost $2.25 per session ses-sion (2 games) Balcony tickets are general admission and cost $1.50 per session.
