Show VFVV ladies meet The Ladies Auxilary to Esca-lante Esca-lante Post 1546, Veterans of Foreign Wars, held their regular regu-lar meeting at the home o Mrs. Gwen Pryor. At the business bus-iness meeting, conducted by Mrs. Lenora Finch, president, the following officers were elected: Nora Wright, president; presi-dent; Mary Gillins, senior vice president; Gwen Pryor, junior vice president; Florence Wood, treasurer; Pauline Wood, chaplain; Dora Smithson, conductress; con-ductress; LaPreal Lewis, guard; Lenore Finch, patriotic instructor; instruc-tor; Dorothy Wood, historian; Bertha Cottrell, No. 1 trustee. Hostesses Gwen Pryor and Pauline Wood served delicous refreshments to Ethel Smith, Wilna Swain, Neva Kinross, Bertha Cottrell, Mary Gillins, Dorothy Wood, Florence Wood, Dora Smithson and Lenora Finch. |
