She was at the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schoo, and is now recuperating at the home of a son in law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Ned Pritchard in Fountain Valley, Cal. e Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Reese and daughters of Cedar City were here Sunday visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Reese, and a sister, Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Albrecht. O Marvin Hortcn has been assigned as-signed to Nampa, Idaho, as a U Ti IBM instructor. His family fam-ily will remain in Milford until un-til the close of the school year. S Milton Baker of Southgate, Cal., spent a few days last week with his brother, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baker. e Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones 1 have sold their 160 acre South Milford farm to Mr .and Mrs. Jerry Mayer. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Atkin and Mr. and Mrs. Doug Gilliam attended a National Search and Rescue board meeting in Kingman, King-man, Arizona, last Saturday, and on last Saturday night and Sunday they visited Mrs. Sallie Chaffin in Henderson, and Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Whitelock in Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Tanner of Whittier, Cal., v'sited relatives rela-tives in Milford and Miners-villa. Miners-villa. Dave Tanner is now at home after being released from the Milford Valley Hospital. O Mrs. Lorraine Freeman is office manager for Shield Development De-velopment Co. at the mill west of Milford. - Mrs. Anna Denny has been released from the Milford Valley Val-ley Hospital and is recuperating recuperat-ing at the home of a son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. McCarty in Kays-ville. Kays-ville. Donald Young, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Young, will be back in the States Jan. 23, after serving in Vietnam. He will visit his parents while on leave ibefore receiving a new assignment. Mrs. Irene Posey is in Shaw-ney, Shaw-ney, Kan., to be present when a grandchild is born to Dale and Elaine Young. McCulley of Oakland, Oak-land, Cal., is visiting relatives Mr. and Mrs. Walter McCulley, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McCulley, McCul-ley, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert McCulley Mc-Culley and Mr. and Mrs. Don Young. Mr. ana Mrs. Ronald Gale were in Salt Lake last week end, where Mrs. Gale received medical treatment, and they visited Mrs. Gale's sisters and families. Mrs. Eliza Hardy is spending spend-ing the winter with her children chil-dren in northern Utah. Jed and Mickie Thomas and three children have moved back to Milford. Jed is employed em-ployed by Shield Development Co. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Cooper will leave Friday for Sandy to care for the Ronald and Sheila Brinkman family while Mrs. Brinkman undergoes surgery. Mrs. Joy Hillman is attending attend-ing SUSC at Cedar City. O Mrs. Verna Tomsik left Tuesday for Lakewoocl, Cal., to spend a month with Gary and Shirley Anderson, and to be present when her daughter Shirley has a new child. Mr. and Mrs. George Bush have returned from a three-week three-week trip to California where they visited his children, Mr. Mrs. Clark Bush at Mission Vijo, Mr. and Mr. Keith Bus-' at Huntington Beach, and Mr. and Mrs. James Holland in Carson, and they visited Mrs. Bush's relatives and friends in Pasadena. |
