Show MILFORD LIONS MARK 45TH ANNIVERSARY Milford's Lions roared long and loud last Saturday evening as they celebrated their 45th anniversary with a hospitality hour, banquet and dance. Special guests were Rulon N. Broadhead, district governor, gover-nor, and Mrs. Broadhead, and Raymond A. Jackson, past dis- trict governor, and Mrs. Jackson. Jack-son. Mr. Jackson was the dinner din-ner speaker, and spoke about Lionism in general, its scope, and the programs and services Lions Clubs offer to their communities, com-munities, also stressing the obligations ob-ligations of individual Lions as citizens of their communities. More than 100 Lions and their ladies attended, including almost half a hundred visitors from other clubs. |
