Show V P TRAIN HEARING POSTPONED TO APRIL 22 Interstate Commerce Commission Com-mission hearings on the Union Pacific proposal to discontinue Trains 5 and 6, originally to be held April 15 in Salt Lake, have been postponed until April 22. The News received notices of the revised date from the offices of-fices of Senators Wallace F. Bennett and Frank E. Moss, and Representatives Sherman P. Lloyd and Laurence Burton. Bur-ton. -1 .53 Letters of protest have been mailed to the ICC from the Milford City Council, the Lions Club, and other organizations. Purpose of the letters was to assure ICC hearings in Utah. It will tie necessary, if the Milford Mil-ford protests are to be considered, consid-ered, for representatives of the protesting organizations to appear ap-pear personally, and voice reasons rea-sons for protesting, at the ICC hearing in Room 314 Federal Building Annex, 135 South State Street, at 9:30 a. m. on Friday, April 22. |
