Show NEWS OF TOUB NEIGHBORS IN SOUTH i MILFORD By MRS. CLAIR GILL!NS Russell Lee and Odette Mayer vacationed in California last week. Odette visited at Loma Linda and Russell Lee was at Glendale. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Nye and children Kathy and Gary visited vis-ited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gail Van Tassell Monday Mon-day and Tues. They are cousins of Mrs. VanTassell . 6 Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones and family attended a Jones family reunion at Enoch last Saturday. Ruben Jones, Don-eld's Don-eld's father, was the honored guest, he being the oldest descendant. Also visiting at Donald's this week were his mother, Mrs. Ruben Jones, and brother Frank and family. ?, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Roberts Rob-erts and family are spending this week at Puffers Lake. 9 Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey have returned from a two week trip to Tennessee and Fort Lee, Va. They made the trip to get their son Ronnie who has been stationed in Virginia the past six months with the National Na-tional Guard. Accompanying them wers their two daughters, daugh-ters, Virginia and Bonnie, and Judy Whittaker. They spent six days in Martin, Tenn., visiting vis-iting John's birthplace, and in Washington, D C. On their way home they called on a nephew, Jim Stoddard, who is serving an LDS mission at Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. O Mr. and Mrs. Art Talbot and ' family . of Logan spent Saturday Satur-day and Sunday with Mrs. Talbot's- parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theman Walker and family, also visiting Mr. and Mrs.-James Mrs.-James Mayer and family. On their return home they took their daughter Darla, who has spent the past month with her grandparents. O Albert Kleensasser of Ta-coma, Ta-coma, Wash., is visiting his brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Mayer. Mr. and Mrs. James Mayer and family and Ronnie Walker spent several days last week at Puffers Lake and visitiing Mr. and Mrs. Bob Schramm. 9 Linda and Laura Sherwood were home for the week end. e Deanna Walker visited at Glenn Canyon last week with Deanna Blake. While there she celebrated her birthday and a party was given her by friends. Mrs. Frank Brickie and granddaughter Kathy Andrine of South San Francisco and Mrs. Drue Turner of Logan visited Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins Saturday and Sunday. They are cousins of Clair. While hera they called on several sev-eral old friends, and a teacher they had while living in Min-ersville Min-ersville when they were small girls, Mrs. Marie Rollins. They also called on Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson, Glen Mc-Knight, Mc-Knight, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baker, Bak-er, Dora Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Griffiths, and Dan Ferguson. 9 Visiting Monday and Tuesday Tues-day with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Goodwin and Bill was a niece Lola and her husband Hy Anderson An-derson and granddaughter Linda, Lin-da, all of Salt Lake. They were en route to Las Vegas. |
