J Lt. and Mrs. L'avid Eppich cf Duluth, Minn., were here for the holidays at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter McCulley. e M. and Mrs. Patrick Anthony An-thony Price, newlyweds, spent the Christmas holidays with hur parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey. Mr. and Mrs. T. T. Van Campen of Sunnyside spent Christmas with her mother, Mrs. Mae Colborn. On Dec. 23 the group went to Las Vegas for an overnight trip, then the Van Campens continued their trip to San Francisco, e Holiday callers at the home of Mrs. Marvel Connell were her daughter, Mrs. Lavera Cooper, and her granddaughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Johnshon and four children, all of Las Vegas. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell White and children, Machelle, Jeffrey and Leslie, of Salt Lake spent Christmas in Modena with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Force. Thursday Mrs. White and the children came to Milford Mil-ford to visit friends. Machelle will spend a week with Mr. &nd Mrs. Keith Whittaker. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pectol of Salt Lake were Christmas visitors at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Holm. Doug and Pamela Lee accompanied ac-companied . his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Lee, to Southern California to spend Christmas with relatives. Russell McGinn received his discharge from the U S Army in Germany, and with his wife and baby arrived in Milford in time to spend Christmas with his paernts, Mr. and Mrs. G. E. McGinn. Another son, Paul, 01 San Francisco, was also here for Christmas. Mrs. Ethel Smith spent Christmas with her son John and family in Cedar City, and will spend New Years in Brig-ham Brig-ham City with her son Albert and family. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Holbrook who have been in California to buy a trailer home, are now back in Milford' and have it located at 301 South 600 West. Joyce Moore of Salt Lake was home for Christmas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Ed-gar Moore. A sister Linda returned re-turned to Salt Lake for a week's visit. e Mr. and Mrs. Byron Pullem spent Christmas in Salt Lake at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Pullem and children. The children of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Belliston were home for Christmas, Mr. and Mrs. Denny Belliston and son Mark ol Salt Lake, and Sammie Belliston Bel-liston of Phoenix, Ariz. David Killam arrived Dec. 24 to spend the holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Killam. He will return to Ilia employment with IBM Company in Rochester, Minn., on Dec. 31. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Robert Christmas Christ-mas and son Robert of Ingle-wood, Ingle-wood, Calif., spent the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hal Norton. Mr. Christmas, a professor at the USC in Los Angeles, left for New York on university business for a week and Mrs. Christmas and son remained here. Another son in law and daughter of the Nor-tons, Nor-tons, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rumm-ter Rumm-ter of Salt Lake, visited the Nortons and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Rummler. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Holmes and family of Cedar City were ith her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. Smith, on Christmas. They left for their home Thursday, Dec. 22 On Christmas the Coopers' two daughters were here, Mr. and Mrs. John Roberts of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Krinkman and three children ot Salt Lake. Mrs. Brinkman and children will remain until after New Years. Also expected expect-ed at the Cooper home on Now Years are Mr. Cooper s sister and two nephews and their wives. Mrs. Elsie Field and Mr. and Mrs. David Field of Anaconda, Ana-conda, Mont., and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Field of Butte, Mont. j At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Beard are Mr. and Mrs. Clark Rollins and son Curt. Mr. Rollins returned to their home in Pasco, Wash., and Mrs. Rollins and Curt will remain for another week. Also at the Beard home is a son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Beard and children April and Bonnie Kay. Mrs. Olive Root spent Christmas Christ-mas with her children in the Salt Lake area. 0 Mrs. Mabel Hansen of Idaho Falls is spending the holidays with her son in law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Beard. Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Kennedy Sr. of Caliente were Christmas guests at the home of their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Kennedy Jr. Holiday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter included Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baxter and family of Battle Mountin, Douglas Baxter of Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas; Craig Baxter of Salt Lake, and Mrs. Baxter's mother, Mrs. Ireta Fotheringham, and brother broth-er and family, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fotheringham and children, chil-dren, all of Cedar City. Mrs. Nell Rahlston spent Christmas in the northern part of the state with a son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. George Rahlston. Mr.- and Mrs. Jay Hiatt were . in Salt Lake Monday visiting relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Howard W. Cook spent Christmas Day with their daughter Betty and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie 3. Wright. Also present were grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Otto C. Koch. O At the home of Mrs. Eliza Hardy during the holiday s were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Heap and children of Parowan; Mr. and Mrs .Eldon Hardy and children of Ogden; Mr. and Mrs. Alden Hardy and children of Magna; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilson of Beaver, and Lamar Hardy of St. George. Ronnie and Judy Gilliam of Lynnwood, Calif., spent Satur-day, Satur-day, Sunday and Monday at the home of parents Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Jefferson and Mr. and Mrs. Doug Gilliam. At the home of Mrs. Thelma Gillins for,, the holidays were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Gillins and two children of Idaho Falls, Idaho. They arrived Dec. 23 and will remain for 10 days. Also a son in law and daughter daugh-ter Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bonn and two children of Beaver, spent Monday here. Mrs. Gil-lms Gil-lms served a family dinner on Monday and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Barnes and sons of Milford were also at the dinner. Don and Lela Grant of Las Vegas spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rowley and children. c Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Turner and children of Las Vegas are expected in Milford for the New Year holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wright and five children of Cedar City made their family calls in Milford over the two-day holiday. e Mr. and Mrs. Ned Kohler of Saugus, Calif., spent Christmas Christ-mas here with his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd F. Kohler. The couple also visited in Ogden at her family's home and will return here for New Years. a At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Killam during the holidays were their children John of Ogden, Kathy of Salt Lake, Doug of Ft. Bliss, Texas, and Kriss. On Monday Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Rose were hosts at dinner for the Killam family, also the Rose's daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Kerry Jury, spending spend-ing the holidays here and Mr. Rose's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hrry Rose, and Joan Edwards and Connie Jones, all of Milford. Mil-ford. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rose spent Christmas Day in Salt Lake with their son and daughter in law, Robert and Anna Rose and family. O Mr. and Mrs. Max Baxter are spending the Christmas holidays in Southern California with their children. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Brox and three children left after Christmas to spend a week on a beach in Southern California, Cali-fornia, guests of his parents. Mrs. Betty Hancock is spending spend-ing Christmas week with her mother, Mrs. Ethel KiJUam, and on New Years Mrs. Hancock's daughter Karen, of Salt Lake, will join the family here. Miss Hancock teaches school in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. H. Naruse and family spent the Christmas holidays hol-idays in California. Mr. and Mrs. Tom James and son Tommie were at the home of their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Nate Smith in Ogden. Another son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Jim-mie James and family of West Point, also joined the group in Ogden. At the home of Mrs. Billie Stoker during the holidays were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones and family of Springville, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Stoker and family of Cedar City ,and Glenn Osborne of Garrison. Jay and Billie Long spent Christmas in Milford with their father, Jesse Long. Jay, who graduated from the Great Lakes Naval Training, will report back to that Base, and attend an Electronics school. Billie will enroll at a junior college in QuartervUle, Calif., where his mother, Mrs. Mary Long, is now living. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Usher Wilcock and daughters Sandra and Brenda spent Christmas in Salt Lake with the Wilcock's son in lew and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James Cox. The Cox's two sons, Kevin and David, returned re-turned to Milford for a visit with grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Wilcock and Mr. and Mrs. William Cox. After Christmas Day Mr. and Mrs. Ross Workman Work-man of Salt Lake and John D. Wilcock of Burns, Oregon, visited vis-ited their uncle and aunt, Mr. nd Mrs. Usher Wilcock. 1 |
