A ' I. , ANNA RAE C (3.0 PER MARRIED TO "JOHN ROBERTS SATURDAY An el-gant August 20th wedding wed-ding was that of Miss Anna Hae Cooper and Mr. John L. Roberts in the Milford L D S Chanel, in the presence of relatives rela-tives and friends. Uniting the couple in marriage was Bishop Richard Leon Jones. Vased flowers enhanced the chapel. Tho re v Mrs. Roberts is tli? (laughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben R. Cooper of MiU'ord, and Mr. Rob: its is the son of Stanley C. Roberts of South Milford and Mrs. lone Dalley of Den- ver, Colo. A buffet dinner was served to the bridal party and guests after the ceremony, and at 8 o'clock the newlyweds were feted at a reception in the multi-purpose room of the Elementary Ele-mentary School. The bride wore a silk peau de soie traditional white floor length gown. The three-quarter sleeves were adorned with jeweled Venice lace and tlu neckline was scoop t'ashiaed. The empire waistline was attached at-tached to a bell shaped skh and featured a removable Dina chapel train. To complete the effect she wore a sirgle strand of pearls and wrist-length white gloves. The exquisit gown was highlighted by a tiered trailing nylon tulle veil of illusion, caught to a crowr. of a jeweled single white rose and petals. Her bridal bouquet was a centered white orchid surrounded with clusters of pink camelias, She was attended by her sister, Mrs. Sheila Brinkman, as matron of honor, and Miss Joan Edwards, maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Bruce Edwards, Miss Joyce Young, Miss Cheryl Wunderlich, Miss Connie Burke, Miss Kathy Kil-lam Kil-lam and Miss Linda Roberts. Flower girls were nieces of the bride, Julia and Debra Brinkman and Gina Dalton. Larry Reese performed the duties of best man, and ushers were Neil Roberts, Gary Banks, Keith Gillins, Mike Taylor, Howard Penny, Bob Tuckett and Mike Webster. The couple took their wedding wed-ding trip to L,as Vegas, and are now living in Cedar City where Mr. Roberts will continue his education at the College of Southern Utah, Mrs. John L. Roberts |
