Lawsuits, which divide the county, and jeopardize that progress already made. When people stop thinking of the possible ramifications ramifica-tions and consequences of what they are doing and do only what they wish, only what they think is right, or will best help to line their own pocket, without regard for their neghbor, then soon the whole country becomes topsyturvy. topsy-turvy. Right now in Beaver County there are many important decisions being made. The future of our economy and our educational systems are at stake yet there are1 those that would tear the county apart, in order to protect pro-tect that they believe is their only means of livelihood. And while many realize that at best they can only delay the inevitable for one or two years, there are those who to fill their pockets just one more year, would destroy the future of their neighbors, their friends and anything else that gets in their way. It is time to pull together to stop consolidation of our schools, to help build our economy, by inviting and welcoming wel-coming industry that provides jobs and a payroll. We also need to affiliate with the Highway 50 Federation to guide the destiny of 1-70. It is foolish to believe that we can |
