Show LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners of Beaver County, Utah, requesting the annexation of the real prfperty hereinafter described to the existing South Milford Fire Protection District and that a pubic hearing will be held by said Board of County Coun-ty Commissioners at the courtroom court-room in the Beaver County Court House in Beaver City, Utah, in the 3rd day of May, 1973, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M., at which time and place any taxpayer within the area proposed to be annexed may appear and offer objection to such annexation, the proposed pro-posed boundaries of the area to be annexed or the including or excluding of any real property therein or therefrom. The real property included within the area proposed to be annexed is all situated within Beaver County, Utah, and is described de-scribed as follows: , In Township 29 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian: Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36. In Township 28 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian: Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35 and 36. In Township 28 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian: Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.
