Show ARCHERY PERMITS AVAILABLE AT CEDAR CITY Application procedure for obtaining ob-taining permits to hunt deer during Utah's archery season has been clarified by the Department De-partment of Fish and Game. Applications may be made by mail or in person at Fish and Game offices in Salt Lake, Cedar City, and other offices. Permits may be obtained from license agents in various cities thruout the state by personal application only. Permits will go on sale Aug. 10. The archery season will run from Aug. 22 thru Sept. 7. DOVE SEASON TO RUN FULL MONTH Utah's 1964 mourning dove season begins Sept. 1 and will continue thru Sept. 30 in Southern Sou-thern Utah. Bag and possession limits were increased to 12 and 24 respectively. An important regulation reg-ulation change is that hunters must now leave one full-feathered wing attached to all field dressed birds. Sage grouse season will be Sept. 12 and 13 in South Utah, with bag and possession limits set at 2 and 4. Chukar and Hungarian partridge part-ridge season runs from Sept. 19 thru Dec. 31, with bag nad possession pos-session limits set at 5 and 10. |
