Show RUSS McGINN IS FEATURED IN CSU SHAKESPEARE PLAYS Russ McGinn, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. McGinn, has been selected for major roles in the third annual Utah Shakespearean Shakespear-ean Festial at College of Southern South-ern Utah. He will play Sir Andrew Augucheck in "Twelfth Night," Thesus in "Midsummer Night's Dream," and Banquo in "Mac-Beth." "Mac-Beth." The roles show Russ' versatility, as they vary from comic to tragic. The three plays will be presented pre-sented July 9 thru 25 at the CSU. Russ' dramatic experience includes in-cludes such roles as Heamon in "Antigone," Father Jackson in "All the Way Home," Captain Cap-tain S. Cook in "Barretts of Wimpole Street," George Roberts Rob-erts in "The Travelers," Sebastian Sebas-tian in "The Tempest," and the Bishop in "Auntie Mame." He has experience in the executive ex-ecutive line of producing plays as assistant director of "Teahouse "Tea-house of the August Moon." His past experience includes roles as Pedent in "Taming of the Shrew," Duke of Venice in "Merchant of Venice," Jacques in "As You Like It," Roderigo in "Othello," and Canidius in "Antony and Cleopatra." Russ graduated from Milford High with the honor of "Outstanding "Out-standing Actor" award. He He also participated in all region re-gion football and basketball while here. He has received an A.S. from the CSU. He previously attended Nevada Southern University. |
