Show SERVICES HELD FOR FLOYD WRIGHT Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday for Floyd Stanley Stan-ley Wright, 55, who died July 4 of a heart attack. The services, under direction of Bishop Leon Jones, were as follows: Prayer at the mortuary, preceding pre-ceding - the services, by Delos Baker of Salt Lake City. Prelude and postlude music, Mrs. Parley Fisher. Invocation, Floyd Wood of Minersville. Male quartet, "Oh My Father," Fath-er," Lamar Lund .Jesse Long, Robert Wright and John Kil-lam, Kil-lam, accompanied by Mrs. David Da-vid Williams. Obituary, Mrs. Clair Gillins. Vocal duet, Marcine and Sylvia Syl-via Davis of Minersville, "In the Garden," accompanied by Mrs. Eleanor Marshall. Speaker, Donald Jones. Remarks, Bishop Jones. Vocal duet, "Whispering Hope," Lamar Lund and Josephine Jose-phine Killam, accompanied by Mrs. Lund. Benediction, McCoy Williams. Wil-liams. The grave was dedicated by Jesse Long. The Milford Lodge of the Odd Fellows conducted graveside grave-side services. Pallbearers were Theman Walker, Claude Wheeler, Clair Gillins, Duard Evans, Leo Mayer and H. L. Tolley. Flowers were cared for by the Relief Society and friends of the family. Mr. Wright was born April 10, 1908, in Holbrook, Idaho, a son of Larmon Peter and H'ulga Hammer Wright. H6 married Nora Sherwood in Minersville, Sept. 5, 1929. He was a deacon in the LDS Church, a member of the IOOF Lodge, president of the South Milford Cimmunity Club, and past president of the Miliord Soil Conservation District. He was a farmer, and was employed by Beaver County as a road maintenance man. Surviving are his widow; six sons and daughters, Mrs. Nona Wright Gillins and Royal Denny Wright, Milford; Robert Rob-ert Floyd Wright and Clark Herbert Wright, Beaver; Fred Martin Wright, Salt Lake; Jimmy Jim-my Sherwood Wright, Magna; also a brother, Karl C. Wright, Big Piney, Wyo.;. and 11 grandchildren. grand-children. Burial was in Milford City Cemetery. Out of town relatives and friends attending the services included Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Beebe of Richmond, Calif.; Mrs. Rhoda Ballou and Mr. and Mrs. James Weeks of Martinez, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Burnham and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rod Penny, Mr. and Mrs. Delos Baker and Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Sherwood of Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Kirkham, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bouland and Miss Betty Wright, Magna; Cecil Ce-cil Wright, Wyoming; Clark Hardy, Alamo, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Victor Davis, Mrs. Elma Hardy, Mrs. Jeanette Stoker and Louise Gillins, Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones, of Springville. |
