Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION BEAVER COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 2, BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH To Be Held December 18, 1961 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY HERE-BY GIVEN that on Monday, the 18th day of December, 1961, a special election will be held in Beaver County Service Serv-ice Area No. 2, Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah, for the purpose of submitting to such qualified voters of said Service Area as shall have paid a property tax in said Service Area in the year next preceding said election elec-tion a question of issuing general gen-eral obligation bonds of said Service Area, in the principal amount of $160,000.00, for the purpose of the construction, Installation, In-stallation, or other acquisition of a building for the operation and maintenance of a public hospital, and acquiring a site therefore, with all necessary facilities, equipment and appurtenances ap-purtenances deemed necessary to supply the hospital services for said Service Area and its inhabitants. which question shall be in substantially the following form: BOND QUESTION SUBMITTED: Shall the Beaver County Service Area No. 2, in Beaver Beav-er County, Utah, issue its negotiable, ne-gotiable, coupon, general obligation ob-ligation hospital bonds, in the principal amount of $160,000.00, or so much there-' of as may be necessary, for the purpose of constructing, installing or otherwise ac-1 ac-1 quiring, a building for the operation and maintenance of a public hospital and acquiring ac-quiring a site therefore, with all necessary facilities, equlp-m equlp-m e n t and appurtenances deemed necessary for hospit- al service for said Service Area and its inhabitants, bearing interest at a rate or rates not to exceed four and one - quarter per centum (44) per annum, payable semiannually, maturing serially ser-ially commencing not later than three years from their date, payable from annual ad valorem tax levies, and being issued at such time or times, in such manner, upon - such terms and conditions, and with such details as the Board of Trustees of said Service Area shall determine? None but such qualified electors as shall have paid a property tax in said Service Area in the year next preceding pre-ceding such election shall be permitted to vote on said question. There shall be no special registration of voters but the official register last made or revised shall constitute consti-tute the official register for such special election, except that any person desiring to vote who is not otherwise registered reg-istered and who makes an affidavit af-fidavit to any of the judges of election stating his qualifications qualifica-tions shall thereby be registered regis-tered for said election. If the voter desires to vote in favor of the issuance of said bonds, he shall place an "X" in the space after the word "Yes" on the official ballot. bal-lot. If the voter desires to vote- against the issuance of said bonds, he shall place an "X" in the space after the word "No" on the official ballot. bal-lot. At said election the polls shall be open at the hour of 8.00 o'clock a. m. and remain open until, and be closed at, the hour of 7:00 o'clock p. m, of the election day. The polling places, election precincts and the election judges shall be as follows: Mlnersville Precinct Minersville City Hall, Min-ersville, Min-ersville, Utah: Ilene Gray, Ruth Dotson, Rachel Eyre.
