Show Shirlean Myers, Alan Arns Exchange Vows Miss Shirlean Myers became the bride of Alan Lee Arns in a ceremony Saturday in the Milford LDS Ward Chapel. Le-Roy Le-Roy Myers, cousin of the bride, performed the nuptials. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Heber DeWayne Myers, Milford. The bridegroom's bride-groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs Howard Logan Arns, Cedar Ce-dar City. After the ceremony the new-lyweds new-lyweds were honored at a reception, at the Milford LDS Ward. A buffet luncheon Saturday Sat-urday afternoon was held in the home of the bride's parents. They will further be honored at an open house Dec. 2 in the bridegroom's parent's home. For the Saturday reception the bride wore a gown of white net over taffeta with a lace bodice. The neckline was designed with scallops and trimmed with irridescent sequins. se-quins. Her fingertip veil was trimmed with pearls and sequins, se-quins, and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of white glamelias, steph-anotis steph-anotis and talisman roses. Mrs. Ronald Blackner was matron of honor for her sister, and wore a copper sheath. Mrs. Paul Burgoyne, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Nancy Mellor, bridal attend-dants, attend-dants, wore pumpkin brocade taffeta sheaths. Flower girls were Miss Kathy Varley and Miss Jean-ice Jean-ice Williams, niece of the bride. Michael Varley and Buddy Williams, the brides nephew, were ring bearers. Best man for his cousin was Billy Miller. Ushering were Paul Burgoyne and Darwin Crawford. After a wedding trip to California Cal-ifornia the couple will make a home in Salt Lake City. |
