Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appro-priate appro-priate water in Beaver County. State ot Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-3966 Sheldon Roberts, Beaver City, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3 sec.-ft. of water initiated by Application Applica-tion No. 21857. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 1353 ft. and W. 693 ft. from NE Cor. Sec 11, T29S, R7W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 30 as a sunnle. mental supply, for the irrigation irriga-tion of 165 acres in EVNWy4 SWy4NEy4, NWSEy4 said Sec. 11. Hereafter, 3 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from a 16-in. well, bet. 300 and 350 ft. deep at a point S. 570 ft. and E. 890 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 20, T29S, R7W. The water is to be used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore hereto-fore in NWy4NWy4 Sec. 20 NEy4, SEy4Nwy4, NEy4sw, SEy4, SE14SW& Sec. 19, NW-NE, NW-NE, NEy4NWy4 Sec. 30, T29S, R7W. a-3979 Howard W. Cook, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion of .011 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 484, Escalante Valley Adjudication. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 1130 ft. and E. 303 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 26, T28S, R11W, and used for the watering of 200 cattle and 20 horses. Hereafter, .011 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from a 7-in. well, 100 ft. deep at a point N. 2335 ft. and E. 1010 ft. from Sy4 Cor. Sec. 26, T28S, R11W, and used for the same purposes as heretofore in NWySEVi said Sec. 26. To Appropriate: 33246 Sulphurdale Chemical Co., Sulphurdale, Ut., via Beaver, Bea-ver, Ut., 2 sec. -ft. from a 12-in. 12-in. well, 400 ft. deep at a point N. 2640 ft. and E. 660 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 7, T26S, R6W. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of 10 families, and for the mining of sulphur in the Gordon Mining Min-ing District, all uses in said Sec. 7. 33756 U. S. of America, Bureau Bu-reau of Land Management, P. O. Box 777, Salt Lake City, Ut., .015 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 200 and 400 ft. deep at a point N. 108 ft. and E. 432 ft. from Wy4 Cor. Sec. 14, T30S, R13W. The water is to be used for the watering of 200 cattle in SWy4NWJ4 said Sec. 14. 33757 U. S. of America, Bureau Bu-reau of Land Management, P. O. Box 777, Salt Lake City, Ut., .015 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 200 and 400 ft. deep at a point S. 36 ft. and W. 420 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 35, T29S, R12W. The water is to be used for the watering of 200 cattle in NEy4SEy4 said Sec. 35. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before November 25, 1961.
