Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Beaver County, Sfate of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations loca-tions are in SLB&M. To Change: a-3236 Equitable Life Assurance Assur-ance Society of the United States, 410 Patterson Bldg., Denver 2, Colo., proposes to change the point of diversion of 4.5 sec.-ft. of water initiated by Application to Segregate No. 18265-a. The water was to have been diverted from two wells at points and in amounts as fololws: (1) N. 50 ft. and W. 50 ft. from SE Cor., 1 sec.-ft.; (2) N. 50 ft. and W. 50 ft, from EV4 Cor. 3.5 sec-ft., both in Sec. 29, T28S, R10W, and used from Feb. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 280 acres in NWV4 Sec. 28, NE Sec. 29, T28S, R10W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 4.5 sec.-ft. of water from two 16-in. wells at points and in amounts as follows: (1) 543 ft. deep, N. 50 ft. and W. 50 ft. 2.25 sec.-ft., (2) bet. 300 and 600 ft. deep, N. 1370 ft. and W 50 ft. 2.25 sec.-ft., both from EVt Cor. Sec. 29, T28S, MOW, and used during the same period and for the same purposes as described above. To Appropriate: 29632 Heinecke Bros., 380 Center Cen-ter St., Midvaie, Ut., .50 sec.-ft. for mining use from an unnamed spring area, trib. to Lincoln Gulch to Beaver River. The spring area is described as follows: Beg. at a point N. 575 ft. and E. 156.0 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 20, T29S, R9W, thence N. 66 deg. 00 min. E. 1400 ft., S. 24 deg. 00 min. E. 623.3 ft., S. 75 deg. 04 min. W. 1417.7 ft., N. 24 deg. 00 min. W. 400 ft. to beg., the water is collected by-means by-means of 400 ft. of open ditch and diverted at a point N. 350 ft. and E. 1700 ft. from SW Cor. said Sec. 20, where it will be released into the natural channel of Lincoln Gulch and conveyed thereby 1800 ft. to point of rediversion located S. 330 ft. and E. 30 ft. from SW Cor. said Sec. 20, the water to be conveyed through 180 feet of pipe to place of use where it will be used for milling purposes at the Creole millsite mine. This will consume .25 sec.-ft. of water and .25 sec.-ft. will be returned to Lin coin Gulch at a point S. 800 ft. and W. 400 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 30, T29S, R9W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 4G3 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before May 2, 1959.
