Show Folk Dancers to Play Three Engagements In Beaver County The International Folk Dancers Danc-ers will be one of the highlights of the "Top Varieties" show from Brigham Young University which will be presented three times in Beaver 'County on March 3rd. The revue will appear at the Beaver High School at 11 a. m., at the Milford High School at 2-30 p. m., and in the First-Third First-Third Ward Chapel at 7'30 p.m. Jay Wrathall will be the master mas-ter of ceremonies for the show, which will include such numbers num-bers as a balancing act by Dave Stanton, a demonstration of triple baton twirling by Judy Carson, a modern Calypso dance number by Sharon Byers, and a demonstration by Clyde Knapp, novelty pianist who will play with gloves on and with a sheet on the piano. Other numbers will include Pat Fish, vocalist who imitates the Patti Page style; Sharon Parsons, comedian singer; novelty nov-elty trumpet numbers by Anson Scragss; Janelle Brimhall at the marimba, and Ella Mae Sett's, western vocalist. Mr. and Mrs. Aubra Patterson Patter-son of Joseph were in town Monday, and attended the funeral fun-eral services in Milford for Mrs. La Verne Patterson. 9 Mrs. Merle Lessing, Mrs. Or-lene Or-lene Parkinson and Mrs. Arnold Parkinson attended a party in Paragonah recently for Mrs. Annabel Lister. |
