Project chair - The project chair for the Non- traditional Student Center will manage a program assigned by the coordinator and will include marketing, development of program, assessment of program and future planning for that program. Office specialist/national awareness campaign coordinator - This person will: 1. Serve as a committee chair of national awareness campaign on campus. 2. Work with other students to create meaningful events and informational resources for awareness campaigns such as breast cancer awareness, sexual assault awareness and domestic violence awareness. 3. Generate fliers and posters for the events. 4. Facilitate student involvement across campus. Perform office duties such as answering the phone, photocopying, filing and other office responsibilities. Marketing manager - Individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining WSU Campus Stores marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Adviser - Individual will advise nontraditional students who utilize services in the Nontraditional Student Center, including intervention support for personal and academic needs, assist with decision-making, time management, and lifestyle management issues. This position provides orientation to the Women's Center and Nontra ditional Student Center, including resources available, help with registering for classes, navigating the financial aid process and scholarship opportunities. This individual will supervise the "Epiphany" literary journal editors, student senator and student specialist. They coordinate the Purple Pals program, including planning a minimum of three activities a year. They will work closely with the Women's Center staff in developing collaborative programming, marketing materials and planning activities. In addition to serving as a liaison with the Davis campus, West Center and Orientation Office, they will also serve on various committees within Student Affairs. They will provide assistance to the coordinator with grant writing, assessment and reports. MLS practicum coordinator - Individual will organize, schedule, facilitate and evaluate summer clinical practicums for MLS campus students. Specific responsibilities to include: maintain contact with lab director or education coordinator at each clinical practicum site in Utah and surrounding states. Foster excellent relationship with each site to include communication and collaboration. Visit each site once a year, if possible. Organize and develop a schedule for student practicums for each specific site. Determine individual practicum site requirements for students to be allowed in that facility, and ensure those requirements are met by each student prior to practicum visit. Parking enforcement officer - Individuals will enforce parking rules and regulations through the issuance of parking citations, including vehicle immobilization. Enforcement personnel are responsible for special event parking, including football and basketball games, as well as other events hosted by the university. Applicants must be able to work some nights and weekends as events demand. Parking is enforced Monday through Friday, split primarily between two shifts: 7:30 a.m. to noon, and noon to 4:30 p.m. Parking is enforced in all weather conditions.
