Salce became agitated, grabbed the restaurant's manager and attempted to pull her through the drive-through window. He then tried to run over another worker who came to the manager's aid. Larry Craig filled out papers Monday seeking to withdraw his guilty plea. After being arrested in August on charges of disorderly conduct, Craig, in a "state of intense anxiety" following his arrest, "felt compelled to grasp the lifeline offered to him by the police officer" and pleaded guilty. Craig claims that because he didn't have a lawyer, the plea wasn't "knowingly and under standingly made." A spokesperson said Craig still plans to resign Sept. 30 unless a court overturns the conviction by then. Crossword .
