As a result, we would like to make the -following restatements. There will be no more meter maids on campus than there presently are. The term "meter maids" is meant to loosely refer to those people who will be policing the parking area; looking for the same violations that have been occuring all year. The Signpost made an error when we said that the meter maids are to be hired by Ogden City; these jobs will be filled by WSC students according to Ombudsman John Lyon. . Happy Groundhog Thursday night's game against Idaho State will mark the 100th game for Jimmie Watts, Weber's superplayer who can do it all on the floor. The All American candidate has played in every game since he was a freshman. He is Weber's first four year letterman. Jimmie is a graduate of Menlo-Aherton High in Palo Alto, Calif. He earned all local honors, and was a prep All -American. At Weber, Jimmie has represented Weber in the Big Sky Conference All-Star team in his Sophomore and Junior years, and he will without question be there this year. He has been named Conference Player-of-the-Week a total of four times. So far in his career at WSC, Jimmie has put 1,333 points through the hoops. This puts him 230 points behind former Weber great Willie Sojourner who holds the all time record at 1563 points. Watts has had five games where he has scored over 30 points. Jimmie holds the number two spot in all-time rebounds with 810 in his career. Sojourner is first with 1143 rebounds in his career. Jimmie has averaged 13.5 points in his career in all games played, and 8.2 rebounds per game. Watts has played more games than any other Wildcat at WSC. Behind Jimmie is Rich Cooper with 83 games under his belt. Jimmie will be one of 17 players to score more than 400 points in a season. For this year,' Jimmie moved up to 399 points, and still has a lot of games left to go. Some of the other records that Jimmie holds are, hehas attempted more shots, scored more field goals, and commited more personal fouls, than any basketball player who has played at record.
