Numerous extracurricular activities at Weber guarantee opportunity for mass participation and a well-rounded education. (1) Art students settle only for the real thing. Training in this department is unsurpassed. Keep that left high, kiddo; (2) Another mug shot. Ralph Heat tunes up on the trombone. Can he play? Probably not, but the pose is good; (3) Wilma Grose, assistant Weber college librarian, helps student find what he's look- & mg for. Incidentally, Weber's col lection is tops for its size and junior college needs; (4) Well, can't stand up all the time. Besides, that's half the fun of having skis; (5) In the technical trades department at Weber you'll get the best If instruction anywher'e. Here a stu dent adjusts one ot tne macmnes in the new technical building; (6) Even the barber shop quartette finds a place and an important one at Weber. Plenty of laughs here; (7) Have some cheesecake courtesy of Barbara Henderson Freshman this year; (8) A couple of students practice on one of the machines m the business department. If you're interested m this field, you can't go wrong by coming to Weber; (9) Berna Goodwin practices one of her numbers for this year's opera, "The Desert Song"; (10) Topping things off is a shot of good, old Moench, Ogden landmaik and a hallmark of the best in education. If you're interested, the neon block W was presented to Weber college by the graduating class of 1936. |
