Mrs. Josiab Reeves is down at the Cotton Farm, near Washington, visiting visit-ing her daughter, Mrs. Will F.oundy. Kanarra correspondence. Henry Holt came in from Enterprise yesterday and will return today with his winter supplies and doors and windows win-dows for his new "house. Mr. -Toll- Allen was up ivoui Ztizie yesterday making some purchases and "arranging his ail'airis for his final departure de-parture for Arizona, where he will henceforth make his home. Mrs James McKnight and son Harry, formerly of Leeds, passed through Cedar yesterday enroute to their new home at Minersville, having finally settled their affairs at the former place. James W. and Joseph H. Pollock are down at the Dixie Cotton Farm putting in fall grain for the former, who purchased pur-chased half of the farm last spring, and intends moving there this fall. Deeds has been awarded the contract for doing the mason work on the Enterprise school-house, and will leave Hamiltons the latter part of this month to commence work. It is his intention in-tention to make Enterprise his permanent perma-nent home. |
