Show SALT LAKE NOTES. Twenty people from St. Goorge are a very fair representation. Crowds in the streets and in the stores and money living in every direction direct-ion is the order of the day. A train load each or ties and rails en-route en-route to Milford for the new R. R. extension ex-tension was a pleasing sight to the Dixieites. Franklin B. Woolley, a former resident resid-ent of St. George, is in to conference. His present location is Dayton, Idaho, where he is in the mercantile business. A. W Ivins, our esteemed fellow-townsman, fellow-townsman, is here. Bitting about in his usual flee- like manner. Pie. does not look as well as usual,' being a sufferer from dyspeptic trouble. Over 300 people came up on the train from Milford on Saturday. To "Brownie Bo-peep"' the day seemed as long as the three occupied in going from St. George to Milford. Mrs. ''Maine" Maedonald," formerly of St. George, now of Brigham City, is here in the role of the "New Woman." Her'iiusband, Joseph B., remained at home to care for the cows and children. "Tuie" and "Addie" may be seen at any time, in the haunts of the milliner mil-liner and the dry goods merchants, taking tak-ing notes, and seeking out such articles as they believe will be pleasing to their patrons. Part of the St. Georgians will start home on Tuesday the 11th inst. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Wells and Mrs, Tuie Pace will remain until the lnth, the latter will employ the intervening time in trimming hats in the latest modes for the benefit Of her customers. A pleasant reunion of Dixie people, was held at the home of Sister Elizabeth Eliza-beth G. Macdonall. on Saturday affer-noon.- Our young friend "( la-ire,'' who, by the way, has nearly reached a stature of six feet and wears glasses and a high collar, was also present, glad to cuce more associate with the home friends.
