Show I.eo's Place in Caba Washington, Oct., 3. There seems to be no doubt in official circles that Geueral Lee is scheduled to go to Cuba. Some question has arisen, however, as to the post in Cuba that he will occupy. Quite a number of public men. and it is probable that General Lee himself, would prefer that his command go to Havana. There is some sentiment in the matter and some persons have expressed ex-pressed the hope that as Blanco marches out, General Lee might march into the city. A number of men in official of-ficial life have already interested themselves in the subject and will urge the president to issue his orders for the occupation of Cuba with this end in view. |
