faithful mother and a devoted christian and passed through the hardships of early pioneer life she and her husband were nere among the first to settle in our little town having lived heie the past 25 years she has always taken an active part in the development of the town and was president of the relief society tor for a number of 5 ears she had been ill III for 15 months prior to her death and was a patient suf feier besides her husband her chil iren were all with her when the end came all allot of them live here with the exception of J willard and mis vis clyde carpen ter she will be
