| Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS state engineer s office salt lake city utah nov 26 1919 notice Is hereby given that george A chadburn of central utah has made application in accordance with the requirements of the compiled laws of utah 1917 as amended by the session laws of utah 1919 to appropriate one 1 second toot of water from atcheson spring in washington county said water issues at a point N 10 deg E ft from the S corner of sec 6 township 39 south range 16 west salt lake base and meridian the water will be conveyed from the spring ft in a canal and a pipe line and discharged into and allowed to flow down the santa clara creek from where it will be recovered at a point N 66 deg 8 aln W 2300 3 ft from the southwest corner of sec 14 T 39 S R 16 W and conveyed a further distance of ft in a canal and there used from january 1 to december 31 inclusive of each beir to irrigate acres of land embraced in the buwi sec 28 and sec 29 in said township 39 south range 16 west this application Is designated in the state engineers office as no all protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons must be made by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of 2 60 and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice G F mcgonagle McGON AOLE state engineer dato of first publication dec 4 1919 date of completion 0 i cation jan 1 1920 |
