Show LARK NEWS Pat Dalley Phone 901J1 Starting this week there is a new Lark news correspondent. She is Pat Dalley. She replaces Diane Reed who gave up writing the news due to school activities. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Christiansen of Lark are the proud parents of a baby iboy born at St. Mark's hospital on September 3, Labor Day. The youngster has been ter, Mrs. Edgar Hunter. For the opening session of the MIA, the Lark MIA went bowling bowl-ing at Kollers in Midvale Tuesday. Tues-day. A delightful time was had by all. Afterwards they returned to the church for refreshments. Charles P. Breezwe, 81, father of Mrs. Cullen Combs of Lark, died Thursday, August 30 at Challis, Idaho, of a heart attack. Funeral services were held Saturday Sat-urday at Clayton, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Don Combs of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Combs and son, Jerry, attended. named Scott. Wayne Nielsen arrived home September 2 after visiting with his uncle, Max Seal and family for two weeks in Chicago, III. Mr. Seal Is moving back to Utah after living in Chicago for a few years. Mr. Clyde Crump's Sunday School class enjoyed a skating party at the S and M rink Wednesday, Wed-nesday, August 29. Suellen Ras-mussen, Ras-mussen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rasmussen, was skating when she accidently fell and broke her arm. Mrs. Clyde Gillam and family of Lark have been spending the summer near Elko, Nev., with Mr. Gillam who has been working work-ing there. They all came home Friday, August 31. Mrs. A. J. Sailer of Philadelphia, Philadel-phia, Pa., is visiting here for an indefinite time with her daugh- |
